Specific vehicular access systems using trigger-before-transmit are permitted to operate with a max. mean e.i.r.p. spectral density of -41.3 dBm/MHz and a max. peak e.i.r.p. of 0 dBm (measured in 50 MHz) under conditions defined in ECC/DEC/(06)04, Annex 1, Table 3.
Other vehicular applications, including applications involving infrastructure to vehicle and vehicle to vehicle communications in 6-8.5 GHz are permitted to operate with a max. mean e.i.r.p. spectral density of -41.3 dBm/MHz and a max. peak e.i.r.p. of 0 dBm (measured in 50 MHz) under conditions defined in ECC/DEC/(06)04, Annex 1, Table 4.
8Channel access and occupation rulesAccording to ECC/DEC/(06)04.Mitigation techniques: Low Duty Cycle, Detect and Avoid, Transmit Power Control, Exterior Limit, Trigger before Transmit according to ECC/DEC/(06)04.
